Invalid product key...

I am trying to log onto my bot accout but I get the following error message: 'You have entered an invalid product key. If you are trying to log with an username and password, please check your registered email address to obtain the key that is created instead of your old shop login. Authentication failed!


What the HELL is going on? Fix it please? I've got a lifetime membership.
