So I haven't used the bot lately to me being out of town on business. I came back to find that I now have to use a product code to use the bot. I did find that I had 1 and only 1 email from HB shop containing this. Upon entering it into the proper field (my previous username field) and making sure my password field is empty it comes back with an "Invalid Product key! Authentication Failed!"
I apologize if I posted this in the wrong forums but looking through all of my account options I cannot seem to find a place to resend me my proper? product key... new one?
