invalid product key

hello , i just bought Demonbuddy and i got the key
but everything time i try to login it say's:
invalid product key

and it keeps saying it

i did realize the auth servers are back up, but I'm still having the same issues...

This is fixed by restarting your db as it was server restart

now the question is how can restart db ?
i am new here so i don't really know much about it
should i just close db and reopen it right ?

you obviously have no idea how to read, look at the top 10 threads. Its pretty apparent there was an auth issue. And there are threads right next to yours with the same title.

If I'm out of line, then no problem, I welcome being muted for being a bit of a jerk. However, my point stands, there were at least 3 other threads with very similar if not the exact same title as this one created in the last hour, you might have done well to check those BEFORE making this thread. On top of that, if you had looked at those other threads before creating this one, you might have mentioned something about it in your first post, something along the lines of "I realize the auth servers are back up, but I'm still having issues...". The way it stands, you sound like just another person whining about auth servers being down. The point of all this being that you should explain yourself more clearly instead of just "need some help".

and nope i am not whining just trying to figure out if it were my problem ,did something wrong or is it from DB
