Invalid Product Key

Hi RB admins,

Posting for a friend of mine who just bought the product about an hour ago. He gets an "Invalid Product Key" message when he tries to login to RB. I asked him to check buddyauth but says the key is not associated with his email address so he cannot create an account.

He sent an email to you guys with his details. Can you please help expedite and resolve his issue?

Yup, it took some time but they fixed it by giving him a new key. My friend almost almost went to minion.
