Invalid product key

My DB was working great. It stopped suddenly then when I went to log back in it was telling me my key was expired even though I still had a day left on it. No big deal I just purchased a new one. Got the email with the key, checked buddyauth and it said it was unused/inactive. I then went to log into DB with the new key and it tells me invalid product key, authentication failed.
