Invalid product key! ... Please Help

I am having a problem with my recently purchased lifetime honorbuddy key. It is saying that the key is invalid and I am unable to use the bot.
I've already spent a good 2 hours trying to find the solution on this forum and elsewhere.

What I have done so far:

• Disabled my firewall
• Disabled my ativirus
• Verified that the key was correct in the buddyauth portal
• Reinstalled Honorbuddy with installer and zip archive
• Did a repair in the uninstall application

The error I receive:

[04:55:19.742 N] Logging in...
[04:55:20.462 N]
Invalid product key!
[04:55:43.784 N] Authentication failed.

I would like to resolve this issue ASAP.

are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?


if your sure, try flushing your dns
Flush DNS - What's My DNS?


reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

Tried both of these suggestions and they didn't resolve the issue.
