Invalid product key. Kill your active session.

Pokefarmer keeps saying:
[09:59:59] Authentication Result [LOGIN][ Invalid product key!] [0]
[09:59:59] Please log in to BuddyAuth and kill your active session.

When i log in to BuddyAuth it says my pokehash ist valid and there are no running sessions.

please help

Got it, hash servers are unstable. Please close

I have had the same problem for almost a week. Contacted via support to get my BuddyAuth login straightened out. Once I was able to login, I checked the sessions tab, nothing was listed as an active session. Bummer.
