Since the forum also takes a long time to load, I'd think they are under (D)DoS... Question is who would organize it?

Its the users of this forum, which are overloading the server.

Think about this for a second, what is a DoS? Its when alot of connection happen to the server and the server can not keep up. DB just went down so EVERYONE frantically come here to check whats going on.

So the answer to your question: it is ppl like us causing the DoS on the forums, not someone organizing it!
