I just purchased the lifetime hb about a week ago and still new to all of this. Today I put a new hard drive into my computer and downloaded everything again since the old one was starting to fail. I got on wow, Logged into the toon I've been leveling with the bot. Opened up HB double checked my key as I typed it and went to log in. I have been continuously getting this response. " Invalid product key!
Authentication failed!" Also for a while I was getting something to the effect of " You do not have permission to use this, Authentication failed!" .
I went looking around the forums for a good 2 hours and saw that this had been an issue in the past when they changed the login format. Nothing on about it giving this error when using the key, and the correct key too at that. I know for sure the key I am using is the one I had been using this whole time. ((I tried to attach the log of both errors I got.. hope it worked.)) Regardless, if anyone has any ideas what to do I am all ears. Thanks, I'd really like to get this working again.
