Invalid product key after purchase

I just bought a code went to my e-mail and copied it and pasted it into my Demon buddy, but what happens is
Logging in...
Invalid product key!
Authentication failed
100% my payment has gone through the e-mail has been send to my email with the code, i'v checked 20 times that i have it correct. I dont know how its not letting me on? Is the bot for Honor buddy only or it should be for all bots?

Gah looks like my issue is I have a Honor buddy code... not a Demon buddy. OOPS

just send an e-mail to support and let them know whats going on and what you would like and they will help you clear it up.
