Invalid key...

When im trying to log in on the bot, i get an error message saying that im using an old shop username... i have checked my email and i cant seem to find a mail from honorbuddy with a key... plz help me :-/

You have to retrieve your key from buddyauth using your email address you used to buy the key.

but what if i dont have access to my old email... :S
