Invalid Executor!

I'm getting this error everytime i try to login/start hb.

I allready tried this serveral times but it didn't fix it.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart​

And yes i do run wow.exe (NOT the wow-64.exe) as admin and i run hb as admin aswell.

Any other solutions?
