I was trying to find a spot where i could fish into Uldum and on the southern border i found this-
(i found the spot, but fishing into Uldum is not working anymore).
It requires a skill of 475 to be mined.

Is there anyway that people are able to boost there mining up 25 levels with like items or something?

I take it Elementium is the equivalent of like Saronite, and that's theres a lower Cobalt equivalent?
