HB is not supported for private servers. It's only supported for live servers.

Ah okay well is there any interrupt bot that is out now that works for arena?

I'm not personally aware of one, but that doesn't mean there isn't one. I know some combat routines come with built in interrupts, but they also do more than just interrupt. The only ways you can play in arena with HB are by using Enyo, LazyRaider, Combat Bot, and Raid Bot. And, really, it's not even supported then. The HB staff frowns upon using HB in arenas, which is why nothing is ever made specifically for arenas. You have to sort of circumvent the rules to play in arena with HB.
