interupt addon

any one happen to have or want to make an plugin for instant/automatic interupts on non-shielded spells.
Dispelling addon would allso be nice if possible

This is handled by CC's, a plugin would only interfere with the CC. ie plugin casts dispel before the CC does and now the CC thinks that the spell was not interrupted and may blow other CD's to protect itself depending on the advanced coding of the CC.

tl;dr Advanced CC's have this built in.

the interupt in the cc's is slow and unreliable so id prefere having it in an plugin and just turn of the one in the CC
