InteractWith overriding (And thereby messing up) combat

Hi,

I'm constantly running into issues with any quest that relies on InteractWith...

For the quest Regroup! - Quest - World of Warcraft HonorBuddy is trying to interact with Sergeant Gruntok while in combat with a tiger, resulting in log spam and a slow death.
Tried several CC's but ended up sticking with Singular. See log for details

Tried clean installs, different PC's, beta builds all the usual stuff.. :<
