Intel 5960x? (x99)

Anyone think the Intel 5960x with the Cvar in wow for ProcessAffinityMask set to max would really do much for wow/hb? I think it would be CRAZY in the amount of change of performance?

Thoughts? No need to be right or wrong here... Just discussion.
