It's a single cow, I'm not exactly sure when it's visible though. I think it's just there when the right dailies aren't.

Yes, I went to this spot on my main account, cow is there. Went on my farm account, same server, cow is not. Apparently there are prerequisite quests that need to be done for this cow to even show up. So anyone that leveled their farm toons without questing, such as myself, are not going to be able to use this profile it seems. Makes me sad panda =[

Check to see if the cow is up first due to dailies/possible required rep, if it's not then you can't run the profile(which I'm assuming is here, or it's just not near the cow).

If it is a rep requirement and not a daily thing, it's golden lotus. And most likely either honored or revered.

I am only friendly on my main with GL, so its not a rep issue IMO. I think its just a questing issue.
