Instant Perma Ban 11/6/14

periodically use HB over last couple years have had no issues generally afk for 4-5 hours at a time check and do again per day.

have been perma banned before and overturned i was using a wowtunnel service and claimed i was hacked, not sure if the ban was hb related or not.
I rang this time said not sure if i was hacked or not but denied using it, guy on phone said he can't see unusual activity and forwarded it to appeals.

dont REALLY care if i cant get it back i do have an old account on another battlenet, but i have a couple questions as if i cant get it back i wanna quickly level my other accounts toons and get it ready for wod:

how long roughly is appeal to be given?
should i contact them tomorrow to ask/change story and just admit to the bot?
i recently transferred characters to oceanic for the refund thing but havent recieved the refund yet should i be pressuring for that?
i faction changed a character 12 hours before ban, has any1 had this sort of thing refunded from a ban?
I had WOD pre-ordered, will this be refunded if i ask?

1. Usually a few hours, depending on their ticket load.
2. Never admit botting. That will likely just solidify your permaban and could even lower your chances at a refund.
3. Couldn't hurt to ask if you don't get it in 72 hours.
4. You can try, but don't hold your breath. The ban happened after the transfer was complete, so they already delivered what you paid for.
5. Most likely yes.

Isle of Queldanas is quite populated CRZone for box farming on most battle groups in EU, so I guess in US too. And I do assume you have collected enough player reports for ban :/

After reviewing the account I'm afraid we have reached the same conclusions about the account as before. The ban will be upheld and it will not be overturned. In regards to your paid services, those are non-refundable and any funds that have been used on the account prior to it being banned are considered forfeit. However, I can tell you that an automatic script is ran to refund the purchases made from US to AU realms.

It may still attempt to refund your transfers, I cannot say for sure. If it does, then we'll let it go. However, I wouldn't expect that. Hope for the best but expect the worse. But in regards to the account, it shall remain closed.

you ran pickpocketing for more than just 4 hours, right? it's real unusual to catch a ban for some BGs and questing.

gatherbuddy, pickpocketing and dungeon farming are things you don't want to do on accounts you arent ready to lose

Actually u can run PP for months, but not in 4 hours sessions, do it in 1-2 hours then rest and repeat.

ran pickpocket for about 4 hours first time ive used that profile , usually run bg buddy or a quest profile for 10-12 hours a day with 2-3 breaks between max, have done that for about 18 months on and off.

not massively annoyed, ive got another account that has more achieves, this 1 just had zg tigre i cant get.

currently using new battlenet but same IP etc, is it just not worth it to use the bot (will they be monitoring my IP etc) or just monitor that account which i now dont use.

i read that if the account is banned then anything on it cant be used as battlenet wide achieve wise,

my other account has everything bar the zg tiger that that account had so its not end of the world

pets and mounts are on the battlenet account. they are not tied in any way to a wow account, banned or not. you can have 8 wow accounts on one battlenet.

if your main got banned just add a free trial account. you can see exactly what you get - and it'll be all the mounts, pets and achieve except the non account wide stuff like gladiator mounts.

ah ok, il try it and if its worth it ill make a new account on it.

also for any1 that is wondering i was refunded WOD as it hasnt gone live so it can be refunded, and i was refunded all the oceanic transfers.
