Instant buddy, Quest BoT, Leveling

Hey guys im really new to this botting thing and have a few questions and need some help. I cannot get any of the leveling bots/ buddy's to work. Keeps telling me not in this instance or no questing info. I downloaded the SVN and have it all correct, but I have no idea on how to get it to work with HB? can someone please expalin how to get the leveling working with the plugins and how to get SVN to work ingame? Thanks so much for helping a noob!!
