Sorry if this has already been covered buy how does Instancebuddy work? Can i sign up to join any group and it will follow the tank/group or do i need to run the instance with 5 bots running on my computer?

Ok thanks..Is it recommended to have a set level of gear before using IB? Or is it fine to dps in newly dinged 80 gear?
