InstanceBuddy Mount Farming - Skip unneeded mobs?

Is there anyway to have InstanceBuddy skip all mobs besides the boss you're attempting to killin a dungeon? (Sethekk Halls for example)
 
I would write a Questing Profile to mount farm rather than InstanceBuddy it.
