I have a lvl 55 Holy/Shadow priest, and since she needs 5 more levels to be able to buy the flight skill (and use AB) i thought that maybe it would be a good idea to level her thru IB. (I tried Questing but since she's already lvl 55, HB is not picking the right quests for her level. And i don't wanna grind because of the ban high risk).
So, i tested IB last night as a healer... It was overall OK, but i can't leave it alone and go to sleep as I do with AB or BG BOT...
So, i would like you to give some advice about how to do this. As a healer, the bot makes some mistakes... It doesn't play mana-wise, and sometimes it overheals. When i heal, i do not try to keep all players topped at all times, but that's what the bot is trying to do. Is there a way to set this up? I'm using FPSWARE priest CC.
Another weird thing i noticed is that sometimes, it runs towards a group of un-aggroed mobs, aggroing them... and thus, dieing... (it's a priest after all). Does it has to do with the CC? Is there a way to remove this behaviour?
And the last one: If for some reason the bot gets aggro, it doesn't run next to the tank, in fact, it doesn't move at all. It keeps casting over and over, taking all the blows, and dieing... Is there a way to make him move next to the tank, and/or put a message in the party chat saying something like "I got aggro, HELP"?
Perhaps i should run instances using my Shadow Spec, but it takes waaaaaay longer to enter as a DPS...

Honestly at 55, I'd do AV since it's the CTA battleground.

If you're looking for something you can turn on and go to bed, the only really reliable forms right now are PvP and AB in my opinion. Even if you are DPS, instancebuddy gets a bit more DC's and stucks. I'm not mouthing it. It's a great system, but not 100% afkable.

Yes, that's another option. But let me ask you this: My priest is WAAAAY undergeared, she doesn't have PVP gear and i don't have honor points to buy any. Moreover she will become more and more undergeared as she gains levels...
So, the real question here is: Will i still get good XP in spite of not being able to kill anything? Just by running around with the other players?

In BGs, your XP comes from events, not kills. You get xp when Belinda or Galv dies, any of the 4 bunkers for the opposing team is destroyed, and when the final boss dies or the other team runs out of reinforcements. It doesn't matter where you are on the map. Plus, you are only 55, so in 3 levels, just go to Outland and do 10-15 quests and your gear will be fine.

Well, how about going to the AH and buying some cheap greens for your toon and since you like Bg Bot, just run that until level 60 - you'll earn all the lvl 60 gear before you get there, buy it all, make your toon up nice and spiffy and then move on to what you wanted to do next?

Really? In just 5 levels, will I gain enough honor to buy lvl 60 pvp gear? (sorry, but i have never leveled thru BG before, not even by hand. Used to do dungeons all the time). If so, how much is this lvl 60 pvp gear gonna last? Can I use it till lvl 70? (while doing BGs)
