Instance leveling in bc. Worth it?

so right now i have a DK using DB bot to run through dungeons. I want to see what people think and will say about my questions I am about to ask. Hopfully I can get some good insight on BC instances as well as LK instances.

1. 60-75 BC instances, do you get stuck, do you go afk?
2. Do you find instance leveling/gearing up a better way than questing or not?
3. Do you use DB in LK instances to level/gear? Do you get stuck and go afk?

when you use DB it's because you think questing is slower

the best way to use DB is when you are a healer or range dps

1, I'm not sure but I thought that those dungeons are 80% afk and you don'y get allot stuck
2. levling you don't get allot of gear because you will lvl pritty fast and you need to roll for gear so
3. level I thought that 70-75 were very afk
