Instance buddy problem

yes im doing mixed mode quest and instance buddy for some reason when i set it up to do random dungeon it does not accept the que at all it was working when i went to bed but when i woke up it just wouldnt do it i thought well maybe the dungeon was black listed but it is doing it for every instance any tips?
