instance buddie trouble

I am having trouble running Instance buddie. Currently I am running mix mode with gatherbuddie and instacebuddie. the gater works great but intancebuddie will q for the instance but will not enter. When i run it without gatherbuddie, just running instance buddy it will enter the instance and run it fine, but then it will do one of two things, it will either leave the instance and q up for another,and not accept the new dungeon, or after finishing the instance he will just sit there.
