Installing profiles

Could anyone help me step by step on how to install profiles in general and more specificly this profile:

Right click the download > Save as (save it anywhere you like)

Press load in HB > naviagate to where you saved to profile > hit open

I have it downloaded and saved on my desktop, ive tried running it with grindbot and gatherbuddy2, but keep getting this message, This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character!

Your character is level 90 isnt it?

You need to right click the profile on your desktop and change Max level from 86 to 91.
You should see it near the top lines of the profile.
