i install the new version of Hb but i lost my login psw.
How cna i have it back?

Try and check the email you registered with that account.

You mean you lost your serial that you login with ?

If that's the case then just loggin at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
If you havent created a account there, Do it and enter the same E-mail as when you bought HB and a password of your own liking
There you can see your serial number, Current sessions etc..

I also check here -> Bossland GmbH
But the sistem says :"Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again "
WTF? The account is the same i'm writing here!
