Insta perma ban with 0 2nd chances 16+ accounts =p

Curious question..

Been banned on like 16 + accounts, most had my Real name, and were under my home IP (maybe 8 of them ) and the rest were fake names, or under a stupid V.P N

So, like the last 6 accounts, all have been Insta perma bans, with absolutely NO mercy - im talking accounts that i got to level 70 on and perma banned.


LIke 3 days ago, i was using the RAF scripts by Botanist, and was in a level 75 dung..

had 2 bots (RAF'd ) who were using Honorbuddy to sync up with my Main toon..

Was running the dungeon by hand on my main toon, and decided to take a 20 min breather and loaded up HB, and hit start..

litterally 3 mins after hitting start, my Main account with my Main mage was banned, and the 2 Bot accounts (RAF'd ones ) didnt get touched.



The email i received suggests a GM was watching me and then Banned me.. Every email i have received thus far was the same.



Im up to 17 Appeals on my main account so far, and not a single response that isnt Templated.



I was using a *** at the time, and decided to take the route of saying i was Hacked, and that if you matched the 2 IP's you would have your answer.. but they aint doin shit! lol..




so, im kinda curious if anybody else is in the same boat. like Every Single Account with 0 offences gets a Perma ban with no chance in hell of a 2nd chance.. ( my main account had 0 offences 7/13hc tot all sorts of pvp achievs..) Is this shit even legal?>

Personal opinion:

I swear to god. I think a GM at blizz logs into his little station every day, and somehow is able to track my IP , no matter what it is, and just sit theere and watch me till i fuck up.
 
if you get too greedy blizz knocks you in your face with the hugest banhammer you wont survive the hit. i have lost over 30 accounts in one second. twice. they know the big fishes and the erase them.
 
If you can call them, you will have a better chance to get your account unbanned. I mean, your main account. Don't mention all the 16 accounts. Just the one you value most.
Have the secret question/answer, your cd key if you have, your account name, login, etc handy

The other idea I have is for you to switch servers or swtich region: if you are doing US botting, then start EU botting to be safe from the GM following you if you suspect that to be the case.

Hey, were you using any protection or running them all from same computer/ip?
 
Just got this about 30mins ago.
I am a very casual botter, I hardly ever leave my computer when I'm botting. I usually watch videos or Netflix on my comp while I bot and every so often tab back into wow and troll some ppl in /1 or wherever I am to make me seem "real" I have never said the word bot or talked about botting ever, we refer to the bot as Tina in game when chatting or if someone asks if I'm there or if its Tina. Anyways, I botted last night until I was kicked off for server restarts farming herbs and ore with a random hot spot bot. I was trolling kids in /1 pretty much the entire time. Today I logged for patch drop and played legit all day, didn't even turn on the bot, I figured it wouldn't work cuz of new patch anyways. Logged off to watch TV and bam.. email below (I went the "just got home from vacation" route in the ticket. I will probs call tomorrow I just don't know how to approach it or what to say on the phone since I've already lied about it. Poor me, 1 account, don't use the bot to make tons of gold, just to help me lvl my own professions and get some honor gear, i actually only had about 5k total all my toons combined. Guess if I cant get this account back I will have to open a new one and start over.. QQ any recommendations on what I should say or do to get my account back? Ive been 72hr banned b4 long time ago in BC for starting up an Anal chat in /2 :P

FYI
I did go directly to battle.net incase this was a phishing email from a real hacker but sadly its true, my account was terminated.
 
I honestly dont know hot to get around from being a target if anybody wants to help out.

I downloaded and paid for pingbuster - but all the IP's from that stupid program are blacklisted and was banned within 30 mins of using bot ( not evel level 20 lol.) and yea =x

something needs to change for sure.
 
Yify, there are several very good guides here how to start over on clear, cant remember the exact threads, but use the search etc. If u are unable to find any, I will try tommorow for you :)
 
Its been a couple of months that I dont get any account back when apealing :( I guess they now have more ways to catch you while botting, thus more evidence to keep you out.
 
This same thing today very casual watch myself bot or use lazy raider/tyreal... i was like omg no way! So i called them and they un-banned me i said ive never botted etc. They stated that my account was flagged for using 32bit and 64bit clients from the same computer and i responded, i installed the beta launcher (true) and it automatically boots me in x64 but i get better performance in x86 and that i had deleted the X^$ file so i can boot in X32 and they bought it. needless to say not going to bot on the account again just a fair warning i think they are sweeping people who boot X32 and X64 and watching them closley

Oh really? How are you using lazy raider/tyreal without an updated honorbuddy for 5.4?
 
You are saying if you mainly use x86 and from time to time you switch to x64 you can get fagged for that?
