where do i setup the interrupts to be less instant. Or do I need to buy that combat interrupt plugin to manage that.

Stop trolling.

There is plenty of ways to customize interrupts so they look less suspicious. And most would prefer a less than 100% accurate interrupt that looks human-like.
But you already know all that.

It depends on the CR you're using as some of them come with configurable interrupts for cast times, etc. There are also plugins that have configurable interrupt settings. You just have to look, and ask, around. Phelon may have a decent interrupt plugin, but it's a paid product. You can possibly find it on the buddy store.
