Inscription Plugin

I was wondering if it would be possible to make a plugin that acts like the gather herb option with list of herbs to click for gathering. So for inscription make glyph's list all glyph's that can be made and use a check mark for ones you want made with auto select 1-20 for amount of each to be made on the list. I know I would love this type of plugin or edit to Gather plugin for inscription.
