Insane in the Membrane (farming pirates)

Ive tried a few times, and even read the "How to create profiles and meshes" thread a few times, to make my own meshes and profiles for this.

Anyone have a profile and mesh for farming pirates just south of Ratchet and the pirates in Tanaris, east of gagdetzan?

Reagrding the Ratchet pirates I've not seen a profile yet.
