Not really something new. And there are already plugins for that (AIML).
However I don't think they are as good as cleverbot. And you need aiml files for different languages :)

This was implemented in some RS bots earlier, and it was not a succes, the real players just starts messing with the answer once they realise that the answer is random generated..

plugin rare killer has allready wisper answers and is more then enough imo.

ignore player afer 3 -4 wispers, done.
 
Hahah, that would be pretty sick. Kind of worthless if you ask me though.

Just ignore the whispers. Nothing in the ToS/EULA says that you need to respond to anyone.

If you get reported and GM checks your account seeing you havent whispered with anyone for months that might be the clue that gets him into investigating your account deeper.
