Insane Fps Drops?

Hi there, im rather new to Buddywing, and atm im only having alot of fpsdrops when starting it?

I have Swtor on lowest quality and nothing else active on computer

I know that my computer is good enough(I can run 5 wow accounts with 5 honorbuddys and play other games while doing it)

Computer specs:

16gb ram
7970 2gb
3570k i5
SSD


Some1 Have a clue of the issue??
