Anyone know if its buggy? Cause its suppose to cut Sweeping winds by 70 Spirit , but it seems like it only cuts from 75 to 50
 
Weird on all my 3 bots its the same thing . and i requip them it still doesnt work. buggy nonsense haha
 
you do have all 4 item right..? nobody has ever mentioned it not working perfectly before... You didnt buy a legacy item by accident etc?
 
Is this Question/issue bot related?
Have you try'ed doing this yourself?
 
Probably had a legacy piece and didn't know it. If this bug was legit it would've came out long ago - worked fine on my two banned monks, works fine on my two current monks.
 
Nope , I don't think I was that blur , bonus was lighted , and I tested on 3 bots with different sets lol
 
No issues here, I run all monks. Four piece Inna's is mandatory for me.
