initialisation failed

I just got my key today so i'm a total noob, i managed to instal profiles (i hope the right ones and all of them) but i still get an initialisation failed.
when i look in the logs i get this,

how do I solve this? please help.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

thanks for the help the bot is working fine now but one last question if you don't mind haha where can i find (the best) complete set of profiles for each map? one that work nice and is updated from time to time?

because somethimes it drives in circles near the spawn so people might notice i'm a bot

you can check under profiles section,TL can work without profiles as well tho

but yeah,you can try the profiles as well
