Information about how to remove softban or avoid please

I can't find the information about how to remove soft ban or see if we are soft banned.

Can anyone tell me please?

After 40 attempts to loot a pokestop after teleporting, it will sync back up and be successful, then you are fine in that area.

Yea, softbans are caused by moving a long distance too quickly - and can be removed by repeatedly spamming a pokestop, there's free bots out there that have the remove softban feature (not as good as pokefarmer though)
