Hi.
So, i done some investigations and now we have 100% that this problem related only to AA.
You can close AB, and do some magic:

Open bin32\hshield\Update\patch\39\ahn.ui in notepad.

You should find there:
ehsvc.dl-=4197391,2015-07-15 19:45,.\,ehsvc.dll,5.7.20.616,CD037752,4214536,BC258478
-> This is actual version of ehsvc.dll

Now launch with admin access file: bin32\hshield\hsupdate.exe
Bump (in my case) file bin32\hshield\Update\patch\39\ahn.ui now have
ehsvc.dl-=4455166,2014-11-26 18:27,.\,ehsvc.dll,5.7.14.555,4BED238D,4474176,FACB2B09

and hs updater will load this old version of ehsvc.dll and you will get disconnects.

Now you again can launch with admin access file: bin32\hshield\hsupdate.exe
and you will found
ehsvc.dl-=4197391,2015-07-15 19:45,.\,ehsvc.dll,5.7.20.616,CD037752,4214536,BC258478

Sometimes you will receive invalid update each time. Sometimes you can receive valid update 5-10 times in a row.

So i dont know what kind of magic trion and hackshield developers create here, but you can easly launch clear AA with invalid HS version, and you will get random disconnects becouse of it

OK thanks for the tip, if i understand well there is nothing we can do to resolve this problem ? Since a few days i have disconnects every 1 hour or 2.

Awesome, thanks Out. You gave me an idea what to do and verify to avoid this problem until they fix this.
@fluxvital This is not just since the last few days, this is since hackshield update well over a week ago.

ok mate can you tell us if you can avoid the problem ?

I tested this yesterday and had 0 disconnects for the entirety of the day:

After launching AA through AB's account manager, check your hshield folder and check the ehsvc.dll file size. If it is 4,116 KB, then you should be fine and experience no disconnects. If your file size is anything different, Hackshield downloaded an old version of the file, as mentioned above by Out. If that is the case, close AA and try again. It may work the first time you launch, or take 10 restarts for it to update to the proper file.

Feel free to test this on your own and report back.

thanks for report your experience, it seems that people doesn't share so much here. So i looked the file you mentionned and it does 4,116 KB. The disconnection is still present for me. I hope this resolve the problem others.

Seems the issue was fixed for me. More so, the wrong version wasn't downloaded even once.
Sorry Flux, but what more do you want for now? Out laid out the exact file you can check to make sure you have the right hackshield version. y2krazy even gave step-by-step actions to take, check and correct the problem. This workaround is viable until they fix the core issue: hackshield downloading the wrong version sometimes; though I'm starting to wonder if they fixed it or not since I haven't downloaded one wrong version all day. Maybe it's my lucky RNG day.

On a funny note: they even added RNG if you can play the game or not :)) (downloading the right version of hackshield or else you get disconnected shortly after)
I wouldn't put my faith in that 4,116KB size, since my file size differs by a few bytes.
Just make sure you have the version Out specified.

People should do more research, dig on this forum and really read what it's being said. I saw quite a bunch of posts now in Account Support about disconnects a long time after Out came with his findings and workaround. And this thread is out in the open in the Archebuddy Forum, not one level down in a sub-forum like Archebuddy Forum > Account Support.

I'm even wondering where were all these people when the issue first happened one and a half weeks ago.

Next time get more involved people, post how a problem happened for you, exact steps you took, what you tried, provide Out with logs by sending a private message & http://tempsend.com links with your logs. All the different scenarios and outcomes help Out get to the bottom of it much more quickly.
Also, getting involved and posting what you tried shows how important an issue is to this community. Don't just post "it happened to me too". We must work together to provide Out with test case scenarios. He doesn't have a testing team to provide him with how an issue is manifesting in different environments.

I agree with all that you said mate. I tried to get in touch with Out in private but he never responded, i suppose it is really hard to make this bot work smoothly without a team that's right. I'm ready to give all logs Out will ask me ! :)

I still think the problem is due to the auto disconnect of all bot when just one DC. It can be proxy fault, it get a micro disconnection and then BAM entire updater.exe crash.

Well don't feel bad mate, he didn't respond to me either. He's incredibly busy and I understand that.
I just followed his instructions:

Hi, i`m investigate this problem, but not sure that disconnects is AB problem. (its about disconnects, crashes its plugins trouble)
Each time when you will receive this error can you:
1) Send me to PM hshield.log file
2) Send me info is autoup.exe process exists before you launch game client after crash?
3) Send me AB logs

and sent him the logs in private msg with www.tempsend.com links.

The crash of AB when you close a session running a plugin still happens so you could send him windows application logs of AB crash and AB logs.

Can you find crash stack in windows logs? also send AB logs to PM on forum

Nah, I'm pretty sure the auto-disconnect of all sessions is due to invalid hs version. Or they all apparently disconnect because AB crashed and it took all other sessions with it, disconnecting them.

I'll be sending Out my logs of this AB crash thing that's been going on since forever as someone mentioned earlier.

UPDATE: Ran all night last night without a single disconnect and verified that my file size was 4,116 KB (which is what I believe, as Out mentioned, is the correct/latest Hackshield version of that file). If I get any further disconnects, I will post another update.
