Infatuation - Rogue Routine

Store link: https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=2951

Description:-
- This is a rogue combat routine aimed for maximum DPS in PVE (especially high-end raiding).
- All speccs supported and tested in HC and Mythic raids.
- No movement supported, use this CR with a botbase like Enyo.
- Due to the speed of this CR, if you need to cast something manually (That is on GCD), holding Left-Alt will pause the routine until you release it.

Features:-
- All Specs supported.
- Rotation based on simulationcraft with little changes for more damage.
- Energy pooling.
- Customizable hotkeys for almost all abilities you might use in combat for fast enabling/disabling (e.g. AOE, Feint, Burst of Speed).
- Automatic detection of spec/talent switching.
- Clean GUI for easy setup.
- Advanced multidotting.
- Tier 17 set bonuses support.
- Option for optimal usage of "Marked For Death" talent.
- Preset recommended settings.

Recommended Talents/Glyphs:-
Combat:-
Talents: Shadow Focus/ Marked for Death/ Venom Rush.
Glyphs: Energy/ Disappearance.
Subtlety:-
Talents: Subterfuge/ Marked for Death/ Shadow Reflection.
Glyphs: Energy/ Vanish.
Assassination:-
Talents: Shadow Focus/ Anticipation/ Shadow Reflection.
Glyphs: Energy/ Disappearance/ Vendetta.

Tips:-
- Choose Combat for any fight with adds or heavy AOE.
- Subtlety for single target fights.
- Sadly, Assassination isn't the best spec at the moment, Combat & Subtlety are much better compared to it, but sometimes people enjoy playing it for fun and change.

Notes:-
- When testing the CR on dummies with Vanish enabled it will get you out of combat and CR will stop till you enter combat again, to do this right with Vanish enabled hit the dummy that hits you back with an AOE/Cleave once and then stay on your normal dummy, even if you Vanish in combat with that dummy it won't get you out of combat until you go out of range.
- On new updates of the CR, if it doesn't work and you get the window that tells you to choose a combat routine to fix it you go to your Honorbuddy folder/Routines/Infatuation/Interface/Settings then delete any files in it.

Many thanks for Dagradt for his guide on how to make a CR, without him this wouldn't have been possible.

Is this available yet? can't seem to find it on the Buddy Store.

It will be available soon, just waiting for approval

Rogue from Ravencrest with 10/10 HM(farm) + 2/10 M ? :)

All of developers declare "best dps, optimal rotation, advanced raiding logic, tested" but in most cases it turns to be not true.
I saw your RogueFirst routine and I'm scared :( So tell me please:

0) How far you progressed since RogueFirst? If added GUI and nothing more then ignore the following items please :)

1) does this routine has proper Assa support?: (I've read your opinion about spec performance :P)
-- Ven. Wounds spread and maintenance 1-3? - Rupture targets + poison maintenance (incl clipping) on them,
-- low CP Rupture for low HP units / by ID? - "DoT and run" Blackhand's snipers,
-- for Ven. Wounds spreading Routine uses off-target spell hits (good idea) or FoK only (bad idea)?
-- cooldowns preparation if both AoE is on and Cooldowns are on? - 3 Ven. Wounds up before Reflection+Vendetta,
-- "no crimson + no FoK + active Ven. Wounds spreading" rotation = nonstandard 3+ targets Cleave? - In some fights (e.g. Furnance) you are not allowed to hit certain adds (= no AoE spells) but you still need to cleave all the others, Assa spec is best for it comparing to combat and sub.

2) Sub:
-- both Garrote and Ambush openers (user defined)?
-- pull auto opener? - Dance+Reflection on pull ignoring FW up from initial Garrote/Ambush
-- Shadowmeld..?
-- FoK for single target dps? - used as FoK -> Evis,
-- cleave with Crimson bleed maintenance + Ruptures + FoK + Evis (outside Crimson bleed)?
-- Dance / Vanish / Reflection preparation? -- not only pooling but also Hemo and SnD refresh (especially before Dance+Reflection burst)

3) All specs:
-- HP / unit ID / "mouseover hotkey certain unit" limitation for DoTs? - do not DoT low HPs,
-- DfA support with on-off hotkey/other fast way in fight? - sub and assa can do some cool things with DfA + need to temporarily exclude from rotation in certain moments for manual "DfA damage avoidance",
-- Interrupts? -- by spell ID / preset for actual raids.

Thank you for your post those are nice suggestions indeed.
Rogue from ravencrest?:P Why do you want to guess my character?
Developers claim "best dps great rotation etc etc" because probably from testing and seeing performance and logs.
Yes RogueFirst was my routine sometime ago before I did a lot of updates to this, there was no good assa/sub rotation at all there and combat got more improvements since then, GUI was the last thing to add.

Many of what you asked about is already implemented.. However some aren't but could be done later.
Shadowmeld/other racials will be in the next update with, low cp rupture on low hp, refreshing hemo/snd before dance.
For the "3)" part, no mouseover to dot but u can enable multidotting and get closer (in melee range of any unit without targetting), dfa isn't but could be added later (I rarely see people using it though), interrupt isn't supported.

I am open to any suggestions to improve the rotation.

u can enable multidotting and get closer (in melee range of any unit without targetting)
The problem is that routine will dot anything in range :) I'm crowded with units and keep moving in live raid. Some certain type of units shouldn't be attacked (FoK and Crimson are forbidden!). If routine can't exclude by ID user have to disable AoE completely and target all needed units manually to allow routine up Rupture (and poison) but routine will apply Hemo and may use Evis/Envenom as single target rotation if user won't be fast enough in switching :)

In most cases this means no cleaving at all by routine or switching to full manual rotation :(

It's a good point, I'll try to think something up.

Should add a quick BRF guide and what specs to use for each boss.

Also, how exactly does the multi dotting work?

For Subtlety (outside "Find Weakness" & "Shadow Dance"):
- Rupture: units in melee without rupture will be ruptured at 5 combo points or 3 combo points if they're low health.
- Hemo: units in melee without Hemo will also get it if not at max combo points.

For Assassinsation:
- Rupture: same as in Subtlety.
- Deadly Poison: if they're 4+ units it will be by "Fan of Knives" otherwise it will be using "Dispatch" or "Mutilate" according to combo points.
There will be an update for Assassination soon.

For Combat there is no dotting.

I might put a quick guide on how to use the CR best (imo) on BRF bosses.

please update assassination! I am currently using trial and it seems to work well. Though I would also a quick guide if you get the chance!

Thanks!

Sure, Assassination rotation has been remade and being tested.

The CR is not uploading on my Honorbuddy. Though I just checked my monk to make sure his CR will load and it does.
Also, cleaned out the Folder as instructed. Still not working.

Something wrong with the CR?

What do you mean not uploading on your HB? You can't choose it? or you can't start it? or does it start and nothing is happening?
I tried it and working fine for me.
