Individual Pokeball and Razzberry settings for Pokemon

An option to set individual for each pokemon what pokeball to use.

Example:
- Bublbasaur: 150CP/GreatBall - 350CP/UltraBall - 250CP/Razzberry
- Scyther: 950CP/GreatBall - 1200CP/UltraBall - 1100CP/Razzberry

Cause it is different for each pokemon to use certain balls from a certain CP
