Incubator function still broken?

When I try to use the incubator function I get this error message:

[04:35:12] Used item Incubator on 5km egg failed with status 5.

Is this feature still broken?

Egg incubation settings

When I try to use the incubator function I get this error message:

Is this feature still broken?

Did you make sure to tick the boxes in settings under Egg incubation ?
I had the same problem, but if they are not ticked in settings, you can not manually select egg to hatch.
