Increasing ArrivalTolerance for ground Navigation

Hi,

is it possible to increase ArrivalTolerance for ground Navigation? When my char is in OG, there are lots of players around and my char is ground mounted it is moving in horrible zigzags as ArrivalTolerance is way too low - my char even arrives at CTM point and not until then a new CTM point is set, thus horrible zigzags.
 
I could look for a log and/or record the waypath, which one do you need? My FPS is actually quite low when running HB at a location where are many players/NPCs around (around 5fps or even lower). At the moment I am running WoW on a laptop only for development purposes.

Is there anything I could do to improve this issue? It doesn't really matter to me if this zigzag happens somewhere else than in capitals where many players are standing around.
