/Settings/Global/GlobalSettings.json has an option for speed, try changing it at your own risk.

How do i change the speed? Looks very suspicious during games.
What values to i input for faster casting? "Speed": 0.0

Well Tony mentioned you can't change the speed. This is a bad feature considering if everyone has the same speed something is offley fishy.... I just want a faster end turn thats it.
