Incessant authentication failed error

I keep getting 'Authentication Failed' whenever i try to use my key. I know the key is right, I've killed all my sessions and even reset my windows host files back to default but the problem still continues. Will probably have to get a mod to look at my account?

double check and make sure the key your using is the same one listed in your buddyauth account and theres no spaces before or after the key.

after that make sure you have port 5031 open on your home router.

also try powercycling your home router and flushing your dns cache.
