Impossible catch pokemon, but can take all pokestop

Hi, I have a big problem, after the update, i try to launch the bot,i can take all pokestop, but all of the pokemon can't be catched, the bot say " Pokemon "Magikarp" fled. "
And another problem, the bot says : Last network request failed. (Pokemon Server issue) Trying again. all the times ..
