As you may have noticed, Wargaming have decided to upgrade World of Tanks to DirectX 11 as of patch 9.15. They announced those changes on their website earlier: http://worldoftanks.eu/en/news/pc-browser/46/ver915-technical-component-upgrade/
They previously used DirectX 9, and have since the beta of the game. TankLeader was written to support DirectX 9, and while supporting DirectX 11 isn't too much of a problem (we support it in various other games as well), it would appear Wargaming have pulled some interesting tricks in terms of determining whether the game should run with DirectX 11, or 9 (the game uses both, even though they claim this update affects all PCs running the game, which is blatantly not true).
What this means for TankLeader is that it doesn't always manage to attach to the game properly, yet. This means that some customers will be able to log in to TankLeader, and the bot will appear to start up normally, but when you go to the garage tab, you won't be able to select your vehicles for the bot to use. If you have previously added vehicles, but you don't see the vehicle names in the garage tab anymore since the update, the bot won't work either.
We're working on getting these issues fixed as soon as possible, but in order to do so, we'll need information from the machines on which the bot doesn't currently work. If you are currently affected by these issues, please contact our support via e-mail at support [at] thebuddyforum.com, and they'll gather some diagnostic information from your machine that we can use to fix these issues. None of the information gathered can be used to identify you, nor your World of Tanks account. It is simply a bunch data we grab from the game that we can use to verify our code.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and we will do everything we can to address this bug as quickly as possible. We can not currently provide an ETA, but you can rest assured that all keys will receive compensation for the down time.
We've been making progress the past week in getting the bot to work on more and more machines, but we're still not convinced it's working for all our customers. Please let us know if you've updated to the latest release available at http://updates.buddyauth.com and it still doesn't work for you. (Both for crashes, and tanks not being visible in the UI)

Thanks.

World of Tanks has reported a problem with the game since 9.15 which causes crashes, they provide the following solution:
- Start the launcher
- Click the arrow next to "Play" button
- Select “Launch the game with reset graphic settings”
- Shut down Steam completely - it is known to interfere with games and especially DirectX 11's function we're after
- Launch World of Tanks with the -dx9 option (See this post on how to do that)
Please make sure you've tried the above before contacting our support.
Thanks.
