This is a warning from a "smart" user.
This is no way is meant to scrutinize or offend Kick's profiles. I have had much success with them.
Using Kick's Quartzite Basin Grinding Profile for Horde, I set it to run while I ran some errands. When I returned, it had a peculiarly small number of kills for the 2 hours it was running, and the bot was stuck in about a 20x20 square-ish recession with a small opening at one corner, which it wasn't making it through for the short 30 seconds I observed before taking control. I hearthed, logged, and thought nothing more of it and went to a movie.
My assumption is that someone saw my character struggling with a minor obstacle easily avoided by jumping on a flying mount and carrying on, and reported me: because I came home after going to see Thor - which btw kicked ass - to a 72-hour ban.
I was not using ground-mount only mode, the class was a mage.
I'm not whining. I understand the risks of botting. I'm not down-talking Kick's profiles.
I'm warning of the potential of one of them - if the bot is left "un-babysat" for even a couple hours: and if a douche happens across it at the right time.
And, of course, this is always an obvious risk.
