Immediately Minimizing

As soon as I open honorbuddy it minimizes and won't allow me to bring the window up, if I click the window in the bar it just does nothing for a while then minimizes to the tray and says honorbuddy is still running click the icon to bring the main window back up.

Getting very irritating. Here's the log if it's of any use.

Thats your problem. It is moved way off screen.
go into your uisettings_.xml and change the lines to this

<MainWindowLocationX>13</MainWindowLocationX>
<MainWindowLocationY>691</MainWindowLocationY>

Hmm, I thought that would work.
Ill try to look again after i do this rbg.

Try deleting your settings folder and it should work.

Deleting the settings folder fixed it, thanks

Nothing works, been struggling with it for the past 3 releases, no rhyme or reason as to why it does it. There is no fix, mine has been running fine for a week now, previous to that Ii had days of it just shrinking to the bar and not being able to run HB. I have dual monitors but not sure that makes a difference at all. Deleting folders etc. is of no use. Just hope it goes away and stays away, it is extremely annoying, this was a bug 13 months ago and has only come back with the last few releases.

Seems I am now encountering the issue, it worked for a while and now has just stopped for no reason whatsoever.

It just continually minimizes itself and there is no way for me to bring up the window, brilliant.

I have the same issue every now and then, the only solution I know for this is indeed deleting your Settings folder and rebooting HB.

Well my issue has been solved.

I'm such an idiot, simplest solution ever. Rather than clicking on the honorbuddy icon on my task bar to get the window back up I just held the mouse over it until it displayed the small window (windows 7 feature), then right clicked on the smaller window and selected maximize.

Great you found a solution for you, but why does it happen in the first place is the question that needs to be answered.
