Im pressing Start then TL2 freezes, logs included. Help please

Hello everyone, i recently bought a sesion and im trying to make TL2 start but everytime i do that nothing happens after i press start and eventually TL2 stops/freezez and i can only close it from task manager with end task.

Im running Win 8 Pro 64bit , CPU Intel Xeon X5550 @ 2.67GHz 12GB Ram DDR3, i have the log attached to what happen maybe im doing something wrong, i did run with administrator btw.

Update on this, i manage to uninstall Netframework 4.5 and get 4.0 on Win8 witch was not easy but i found a tool that can do that, thing is i still have the same problem, help.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Thanks i solved the problem by removing 4.5 with a tool and getting 4.0.
