I'm looking for a simple FOK rogue CC

Hi folks.

I started working on The Insane this afternoon on my rogue. After about two hours in phased Booty Bay, sapping and gouge-backstabbing and otherwise wasting time/energy on mobs 50 levels lower than me, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a simple rogue CC that will use fan of knives in all situations (pulling, attacking, dealing with adds, and so on). If I can find - or make - one, I think I can greatly speed up what is currently projecting to be a two-hundred-hour grind.

I have actually tried both of those CCs, and each uses multiple abilities that create problems for what I'm trying to do.

Singular2, for instance, uses sprint on cooldown, which ends up throwing me off the pier in phased Booty Bay, causing the profile to swim me around to zone-in where two 85 Bruisers chain kill me until I stop the bot and manually move my character to safety.

Fpsware Rogue hangs (indefinitely) on an add that other ccs navigate, apparently regardless of what I do with the "only on adds" settings. It also uses Sinister Strike as the primary attack, which I'm concerned looks awfully bot-ish from a Mutilate rogue who hasn't used SS in four or five years now.

I'm not trying to criticize either of these CCs, of course. It's a subzone+profile+class+cc issue. But a CC that uses Fan of Knives whenever it's prompted to do anything would completely solve my issue and trim a hundred hours off my grind.

Yeah I could do with one of these too. I have no idea how to write a cc and cant really find any documentation that gives a step by step on how to do it.

Click class config and it list the spells your CC uses there, you can change the options to use: 'always' or 'never' just change what you don't want to never.

i'm usinf fpsware rogue cc, it doesnt have FOK on it, can you suggest one that does?

I've never botted a Rogue, sorry mate. That'll probably be quite hard to come by, maybe try tinkering with a CC yourself?

yeah i havent got a clue where to start, i've opened up the cs file but its all dutch to me. i dont mind writing one myself but i need a tutorial first.

Best thing to do is activate a 2nd spec as combat, and use FPSWareRogue. A spec like this is best, with Quickening for increased movement speed.
The config for this CC does seem to crash if opened AFTER starting the Grindbot, so I'd suggest you config BEFORE you press start.
Change 'always open with..' to melee. That way using SS won't look suspicious anymore. (Put a mace/sword/axe in MH tho, guess you can buy an ok one of the AH) Set stealth to 'never'.

I also like to go into 'Settings' and put the name of a flying mount in the ground mount box. Then enable the EZFly plugin.
This makes travel between hotspots much faster.
I admit it looks a bit more bottish, but hey, so does grinding the same area for hours on end!!(it's slightly better if you use a rocket mount or something like that tho)

Yeah, but the problem with that is it only single targets, i really just wanna run around FOK'ing all over the place 8)

One way I think you could achieve that is with the a Subtlety build and using the Apsalar CC
That has an option to 'Apply poisons with' either FOK or Shiv. Setting it to FOK should make it spam FOK whenever it encounters a new target (which for these low level mobs would be instant death I assume!)
Not entirely sure how this would respond if you came across a member of opposite faction tho. As it's a PvP CC it might try to attack them! I seem to remember there was a PvE edit done of this CC somewhere tho, so might be worth tracking that down if you can.
